RADAR

In order to be licensing in the Radar it is necessary to take an examination withthe Federal Revenue Service for legal entities or individuals who intend to perform foreign trade operations. Every person, prior to starting its foreign trade operations, must obtain the license.

Arlox has an exclusive department to service companies that need specialized consulting to obtain the License in the RADAR.

Arlox shall be responsible for the completion of all documents requested by the Federal Revenue Service, such as:

Analysis, selection and forwarding of all documents necessary for the intended modality;

Register the License Plea and following the entire process with the Federal Revenue Service until effective licensing of the company in the RADAR.

LICENSE MODES

LIMITED

Destined to legal entities, which are used toacting in the foreign trade,with import and export operations over 150 thousand USD.

UNLIMITED

Destined to legal entities, whichare used toacting in foreign trade, with import and export operations over 150 thousand USD.

EXPRESSED (only for Legal Entities fitting the conditions below):

1. Constituted under the form of a publicly-traded company, with stock negotiated in the stock exchange or in the over-the-counter market;

2. Authorized to use Expressed Customs Dispatch (Blue Line);

3. Public Company or mixed economy Company;

4. Direct public administration authorities, autarchy and public foundation, autonomous public authority, international authority and other extraterritorial institutions.

ESTIMATION REVIEW

Recommended procedure for Legal Entity already Licensed in the Limited or Unlimited modality that needs to increase the RADAR Limit.

INDIVIDUAL LICENSE

The license shall be granted to Individuals in case of importing for OWN CONSUMPTION, objects for personal collections, or the exporting for artisans, rural producers and artists.
